9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

11. Account Suspension & Termination

bg33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity; breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the account holder; or any activity that bg33 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure in good standing, any real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. bg33 is not obligated to return bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bg33 is committed to resolving any disputes fairly and efficiently.
